Lexington has returned to River Oaks Farm! After seven years of competing at Grand Prix we're just going to let him enjoy his retirement, but we're thrilled he gets to enjoy a happy retirement here.
The end of an era -- Lexington going to Colorado
November 2017
Lexington will be moving to Colorado to help an amateur rider earn her medals. He will be greatly missed, but will enjoy a wonderful new life in this new home.
Lexa ROF -- inspection site Champion!
November 2015
Lexa ROF was the inspection site Champion at the Florida
FSA inspection and also earned her Bronze Elite status and
her Star predicate, with a score of 80.98%. Judge's
comments on her inspection sheet included comments
about her "strong hindquarters", "nicely uphill" neck,
"well balanced" frame, "good bone", and the "power and
athleticism" of her trot, and included a score of 8.4 for
Character & Sport Potential, and scores of 8.2 for the
categories of Type, Frame, and Overall Impression;
Legs; and Walk.
Lexa is by Lexington (Main Book / Gold Elite Friesian
Sporthorse (Baron von Kolderveen x Denver Miss xx))
and out of Koloa (Friesian Sporthorse (Pieter fan Lutke
Peinjum x Rubelro)). Her full brother Lauderdale ROF
currently holds the record for the highest score ever
awarded to a Friesian Sporthorse via inspection (89%.)

Lancaster ROF ranked #1 in the US for Beginner Novice
February 2016
Lancaster ROF (Friesian Sporthorse gelding by Lexington) is enjoying a very successful new career as a young event horse with his new owner/rider Caroline Miller. As of February 2016 they are ranked #1 in the US for Beginner Novice which is very impressive, and even more impressive considering this is the first year of eventing for both of them. We'll be excited to follow Lancaster and Caroline's successes!
Lexington and Gigha Win the Grand Prix..... and Win It Again!
May & June 2017
Lexington and Gigha returned to the show ring winning the Grand Prix at the Canterbury May Dressage Show with a 67% and then winning it again at the Canterbury Summer Sizzler with a 64.6%. We're very happy!

Lexington is back in the news! Gigha and Lexington have wrapped up the 2017 show season with more Grand Prix wins and three more good scores to count towards national year-end awards: 63.9%, 66.5%, and 64.6% in the Grand Prix, for a 2nd place, 1st place, and 1st place.

GRAND PRIX National Champions again!
It's official! Gigha and Lexington have once again been named USDF All-Breeds Friesian Sporthorse Grand Prix National Champions with a year-end Grand Prix average of 65.5% for 2017. We couldn't be happier!
